Pre-Hurricane Tree Trimming
Here in Jacksonville and quite frankly in the entire state of Florida hurricanes are arguably the biggest danger that we have to face. They are something that has just become sort of like common situations that happen on a yearly basis. We don’t want to diminish the importance of being prepared or having the idea that we just disregard them completely. On the contrary, we believe that it is very important to be prepared if and when something happens. That is why we have special treatment for your trees that we apply prior to a storm hitting.
When Should I Make The Call?
This can get tough for a lot of people. But by the time you are seeing the news networks break[ing]-the-glass-in-case-of-emergency on their Storm Tracker teams and broadcasting the governor's "get out while you can" public address, it may be too late. It is best to ensure that proper trimming practices are performed with preventative maintenance and tree health always top of mind. Of course, if you need us, call us and we'll be there (within reason) .
You Promised This This & That
We have had those clients that give us a call the morning after the storm to complain about there being debris on their property even after we had prepped the area to handle the storm. There are a couple of things that we want to explain. What we are going to try to avoid are issues such as full trees falling over and causing major damages. That does not mean that you won’t have some leaves on your property if we get heavy winds. Also, there is only so much that we can control. A lot of times the problems come from other people’s property, but the wind led them to your property!
What Is The Benefit Of Calling
It is normal that some of you may be a bit confused with the last paragraph and may be thinking if they can’t guarantee anything why would I get the service. The main idea behind this service is to try and avoid the major disasters. So what we are going to try to do is make sure that the trees don’t fall over and that you don’t get an excessive amount of debris on your property. That does not mean there won’t be any debris when it is all set and done.
In this case, we are going to want to remove trees before they are removed by the wind. As we have said the idea is to try and minimize the potential damages on the property as much as we can. One of the best ways that we can do that is to have a tree removed before it falls over because of the strong winds and rains.
